This is a family friendly event, all ages are welcome

Can I reserve a Table?

No, but you can purchase VIP tickets and enjoy VIP seating near the stage.

Can I get a refund or exchange my ticket?

No Refunds

Do I need to bring a printed ticket, or can I show it on my phone?

Free Entry, Tickets are NOT required to be shown

Accessibility and Amenities

Is the venue accessible for individuals with disabilities?

Yes, there will be ADA parking. 

Are there restrooms available at the event?

Yes, there will be portable restrooms.

Will there be food and beverage options?

Yes, but there will be plenty of food vendors!

Can I bring my own food and drinks?

We highly recommend supporting the local vendors at the event.

Will there be alcohol available for purchase?

Yes, there will be bar servicing beer, wine & spirits. Cash and card accepted with ATMs on site.

Are there designated smoking areas?

The Second Hand Smoke Ordinance prohibits smoking and vaping of tobacco and cannabis in public outdoor spaces and multi-unit housing. Smoking is not allowed within 20 feet from any doorway, window, opening, or vent into an enclosed area in which smoking is prohibited, except when passing on the way to another destination (AMC 24-12.4)

Safety and Security

What security measures are in place? 

Alameda Police will be onsite with security personnel for support for the duration of the event.

What should I do in case of an emergency?

Please call 911 and stop by the info booth to let staff/volunteers know so we can assist with first responders. During an emergency, please evacuate the site to the Waterfront Park or designated parking area and return to your vehicle. 

Is there a lost and found at the festival? 

Please visit the info booth so we can have staff assist with finding your lost item.

Are pets allowed at the event? 

Yes, service animals and friendly pets are welcome.

What items are allowed at the festival?

Blankets, lawn mats, and banigs 

Non-aerosol sunscreen

Medical devices (walkers, wheelchairs, oxygen tanks, etc.)

Small umbrellas

What items are prohibited at the festival?

No weapons, knives, pepper spray, fireworks explosives, butane

No squirt guns, spray paint, large markers

No drones, UAV, or aircraft

No outside alcohol or illegal substances

No tents, pop ups, or canopies

No coolers of any size

No illegal or unauthorized vendors

No unapproved pamphlets, handouts, advertisements, and promotional materials

Transportation and Parking

Is parking available at the venue?

There will be free parking at the Ferry Terminal Lot at Seaplane Lagoon - a short walk to the event site. 

1730 Ferry Point, Alameda, CA 94501

Paid parking ($15) will be located on the Taxiway.

Are there public transportation options nearby?

From San Francisco - The Alameda Main Street Ferry

From Oakland -  The Alameda Water Taxi from Jack London Square.

Via BART & AC Transit: Bart Stations: Downtown Oakland at 12th Street or Lake Merritt Bart then take AC Transit - Line 96.

Can I bike to the festival?

Yes, biking is encouraged for Alameda residents and those traveling by ferry, bus, or water taxi. There will be a bike valet booth near the main entrance for secured parking.
